The AMA ATV Amateur Motocross Championship
The AMA ATV Amateur Motocross Championship is a National Level Amateur championship event for ATV racers from all across the country similar to the highly successful Loretta Lynn’s Amateur championships for bikes.

Up to 10 tracks across the country will hold regional qualifiers that advance 4 riders from each class to the Championship race at HLR Motorsports Park in Moberly, Missouri on Saturday & Sunday August 2nd & 3rd.

To qualify for the Championship a rider must purchase a qualifier sheet at a designated qualifier race and finish in the top 4 of qualifying riders to advance. If a rider is qualifying in more than one class they must purchase a qualifier sheet for each class they are qualifying in. Qualifier sheets are $5 per class. This charge will be in addition to your normal Entry fee.

The Amateur National Championship final will be an AMA sanctioned event. AMA/ATVA cards will be required to race at the championship event.

Rider Information-
If a rider plans on attending the Championship race he must send in a pre entry form postmarked by July 3rd 2008.

Pre-entry forms will be provided to each track for the riders.

Riders can race at as many qualifiers as they want. If a rider has already qualified once their name will be disregarded in the results from the next race and the next person will qualify.
